Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to lyttle stór We’re thrilled to offer curated, design-led, pre-loved children’s fashion and gifts. Please read our shipping and returns policy to understand how we handle your orders.

Shipping

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Fees

  • Standard Shipping 5-7 business days £4.95

Note: Costs and timelines listed above apply only to shipping within the UK. Please contact hello@lyttlestor.com if you would like to place an order from outside the UK, for an outline of international shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

We aim to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If your item isn’t quite right, please see the options below:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with any tags or labels still attached.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@lyttlestor.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Once we approve your return, ship the item back to us within 5 business days.
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your return does not reach us, and you don’t have a receipt of postage, we will be unable to fulfil the refund. 

Exchanges

  • We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
